Once we have all of your information, you will schedule a call with us during which we will set up the tech live with you. This will include setting up a sending domain with your DNS for your outgoing emails, purchasing a phone number for you to text from (or integrating your current number), etc. If you decide to purchase a phone number to text from, this can take up to 7-10 days to get registered (required). Once the tech is set up, we will have an onboarding call to walk you through the system and give you some tips and best practices. This whole process can take up to 10-14 days.

Because online directories and reviews are specific to physical locations, each location needs its own account. However, setting these up together, will make it easier for you and or your staff to learn and manage. The monthly subscription covers your access to the platform and allows for you to have unlimited users within it. The only other fees that may be charged is for RepHero+ (additional $49/month plus $90 setup fee) or usage of SMS & Email. However, the SMS and Email charges are minimal. We provide you with a complimentary $10 dollars worth of credits each month which will give you about 10,000 emails or 1,000 text messages (or a combination of emails and text messages). Unless you are running extremely large marketing campaigns, this much is sufficient for most small businesses. Additional details provided in our Terms of Service.
